The Michigan Supreme Court recently recognized the prominent controversy within the medical community regarding the reliability of abusive head trauma diagnoses, which are involved in many child abuse and child death cases. Attend this important training for an overview of the controversy, and learn how to spot cases where the medical evidence may be unreliable. Learn how to challenge unreliable medical evidence in court, how to get the evidence you need, how to identify experts to consult, and how to request fees to pay those experts.
