Indigent Defense Commission gears up to help courts meet constitutional obligation
MIDC Chair Judge James Fisher describes the function of the commission and the work ahead in a detailed interview with the Legal News: “All the county courts will be able to shape their delivery system their own way, but they’ll have to meet state standards.
